Action director of nearly 25 films with big reputation today N Omprakash Rao taking up a horror film filled with thrill, comedy and romance is special. This is not his genre but the news spread all over and trailers indicate Rao has done excellent job for ‘Chandralekha’.

‘Chandralekha’ is a remake of Telugu film ‘Prema Chitra Katha’ in Sridhar Reddy production. The exhibitors asking for film release is a happy news for producers. He is releasing in 90 theatres via distributor MN Kumar. Chiranjeevi Sarja, Shanvi Srivatsav, Nagashekhar and Sadhu Kokila are the main actors .Nagashekhar addressing the pre release meet said he has acted in over 175 films but this is quite different. At the dubbing time he has enjoyed Sadhu Kokikla performance. He has excellent energy.

For director Omprakash Rao making a film with DTS and sound effects in his career was top priority. The songs will be normally ‘Dabba’ in my films but here the four songs are too good says Rao.

Chiranjeevi Sarja thanked director Rao for keeping belief in him. I had chance to act in three directors film he repeated his earlier press meet dialogues.

Sridhar Reddy producer of the film is happy for exhibitors calling up and asking for the film. MN Kumar is releasing the film.
